Yes. It is hand-hammered from a traditional metal alloy in the seven-metal tradition and tuned by ear, not machine-pressed. Because it is made by hand, the surface marks and tone vary a little from bowl to bowl, which is exactly what you want in a real one.

Where is it made, and why call it Tibetan-style?

It is made in India, following the Tibetan tradition of hand-hammered singing bowls. We say Tibetan-style so you know the craft and the sound, not the shipping label, without overclaiming the origin.

What is this bowl good for?

People use it to open and close meditation, run a gentle sound bath at home, and mark a calm pause in a busy day. Its steady vibration is believed to help quiet the mind and settle a room. It is a mindful ritual, not a medical device.

Which chakra or note is a 7-inch bowl?

What comes in the box, and is a cushion included?

A wooden mallet is included for striking and rimming the bowl. A cushion is not included with this size; resting the bowl on a folded cloth or a small ring cushion helps it ring freely.

How do I care for it, and do you offer COD and fast shipping?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it dry; strike and rim it slowly for the fullest tone. Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over 999 rupees, with dispatch in 1 to 2 days across India.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable
