About the stone

White Quartz is the quiet one in the quartz family: a soft, milky stone believed to clear mental noise and settle the mind, traditionally associated with the Crown chakra. Rudraksha is not a stone at all but a sacred seed, used for centuries in meditation and prayer across India, believed to steady the wearer and offer a gentle sense of protection. Together with the Om charm, the strand brings stone, seed and sound onto one wrist.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

How do I care for and recharge it?

Keep it dry: Rudraksha is a natural seed, so take the bracelet off before showering, swimming or workouts, and keep it away from perfume. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and recharge it under moonlight or with a singing bowl whenever it feels right.
