Is the amethyst real?

Yes. Around three hundred beads of 100% authentic, natural amethyst, hand-wound onto copper branches and set on a natural agate base. Never dyed glass or plastic. Each tree is cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

How big is it, and where should I place it?

It is a counter-top tree weighing about 294 g on a banded agate slice. It sits happily on a bedside table, a meditation corner, a study desk or a living-room shelf. Because it is handmade, exact height, colour and shape vary a little from piece to piece.

What is amethyst good for?

Amethyst is loved for calm. It is believed to quiet a busy mind, ease everyday stress and support clearer intuition, which is why so many people keep it by the bed or where they sit to meditate. It is linked with the Crown chakra. We share the feeling, not medical claims.

Do you offer COD, and how do I care for it?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over the free-ship threshold, dispatched in 1 to 2 days across India. To care for it, dust gently with a soft dry cloth and keep it out of long, direct sun so the lavender colour stays true.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable
