Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

What is this?

It is 1 metre of strong, clear elastic cord, the same stretch string we use to make our beaded bracelets.

What can I use it for?

It is ideal for restringing a beaded bracelet or for small do-it-yourself jewellery projects at home.

Will it hold my beads securely?

Yes, it is a strong stretch cord. Tie it off with a secure knot and, if you like, add a small dab of clear glue to the knot for extra hold.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI and cards) and COD are both available. Prepaid orders ship first and qualify for free shipping over ₹999. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
