Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Are the stones in the Harmony and Balance Bracelet Set real?

Yes, 100% natural Amethyst, Moonstone, Rose Quartz and Angelite, never dyed glass or plastic. Each bead is hand-checked, then every bracelet is cleansed, charged by singing bowl, and packed by hand before it reaches you.

What exactly is included in the set?

Four separate stretch bracelets: one Amethyst, one Moonstone, one Rose Quartz and one Angelite, all in your chosen bead size and wrist size, in a Solacely gift box. Wear them stacked together or share them out.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick 4 mm beads for a dainty, layered look or 8 mm for a fuller classic stack, then choose your wrist size from S 6" to XXL 8". Between sizes or buying a gift? Size up, the elasticated strands are forgiving. Or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
