Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Yes. This is 100% natural amethyst, hand-carved into a pyramid, never dyed glass or resin. Because it is real stone, the exact colour, veining and clarity vary a little from piece to piece, which is part of its character. Every pyramid is cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Which size should I choose?

The 1x1 inch is petite for a shelf or altar, the 2x2 inch is our popular everyday size for a desk or bedside, and the 3x3 inch is a statement piece for a grid centre or a larger room. Sizes are the base width and height.

What is your return policy?

Easy returns within the stated window for unused pieces in their original packaging. As natural stone, small differences in colour and veining are normal and not defects.
