Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Is the Carnelian real?

Yes, these are 100% natural Carnelian, never dyed glass or plastic. Each stone is hand-checked and hand-polished, then cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand. Because they are natural, expect small variations in colour, banding and shape.

How many stones do I get, and what size?

You get a set of five tumble stones, each roughly 2 to 3 cm. Sizes and shades vary a little from set to set, since every stone is natural and unique.

How do I cleanse and charge them?

They reach you already cleansed and charged by singing bowl. To refresh them at home, hold them under running water, leave them in gentle morning sunlight or moonlight, or sound a bowl or bell near them. A short reset every few weeks is plenty.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over the store threshold. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
