Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Is the Hematite real?

Yes. This is genuine, natural Hematite, an iron-rich stone with its own mirror-bright metallic sheen, never dyed glass or plastic. Each bead is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Are the rose gold hearts real stone?

They are. The heart beads are Hematite cut into hearts and finished in a warm rose-gold tone, and the optional spacers are silver-tone Hematite. The colour sits on real stone, not on metal or plastic beads.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick your wrist size by fit: M 6.5 inches, L 7 inches, XL 7.5 inches. Measure snugly just below the wrist bone and, if you are between sizes or buying a gift, size up. The strand is stretch-fit, so it is forgiving. You can also choose it with or without the silver-tone Hematite spacers.
