Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Are the stones real?

Yes, 100% genuine natural Pyrite, Citrine and Green Aventurine, never dyed glass or plastic. Each bead is hand-checked, and all three bracelets are cleansed and charged by singing bowl before they are packed by hand.

What comes in the set?

Three stretch bracelets, one Pyrite, one Citrine and one Green Aventurine, in the bead size and wrist size you choose, packed together in a Solacely gift box.

Why has my Pyrite developed white spots?

That is natural oxidation, and it only happens with genuine Pyrite, especially after contact with moisture or sweat. Rather than a flaw, it is a sign the stone is real. Keep Pyrite dry and wipe it gently to slow it down.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick 4 mm for a dainty, stackable look or 8 mm for a fuller everyday presence. For fit, measure your wrist and match it to S 6 inch through XXL 8 inch. Between sizes, size up, the elasticated strand is forgiving.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI and cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over 999 rupees. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
