About the stone

Hematite is the stone people reach for when they want to feel anchored. Believed to be deeply grounding and quietly protective, it is thought to help you feel steadier and more centred when your thoughts scatter. Here the natural iron-rich stone is cut into hearts and given an iridescent rainbow finish, so the same anchoring weight arrives with a play of violet, blue and gold across the surface. It is traditionally associated with the Root chakra.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Yes. Each heart is genuine, natural Hematite, an iron-rich stone with real weight, never glass or plastic. Every bead is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Is the rainbow colour natural?

The stone is natural Hematite; the rainbow shimmer comes from a fine iridescent surface finish applied to the polished hearts. We tell you exactly what it is: real stone, treated finish, so treat it gently and keep it dry.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick your wrist size by fit: M 6.5 inches, L 7 inches, XL 7.5 inches. Measure snugly just below the wrist bone and, if you are between sizes or buying a gift, size up. The strand is stretch-fit, so it is forgiving.
