Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Are the stones real?

Yes. Both are 100% authentic natural stones: real Howlite and real Black Tourmaline, never dyed glass or plastic. Every bead is hand-checked, cleansed and charged by singing bowl before the set is packed by hand.

How does the sizing work for a couple set?

The set arrives as two bracelets: the Howlite strung to about 6.5 inches and the Black Tourmaline to about 7.0 inches, both on stretch cord so they slip on and off and fit a range of wrists. If you are between sizes or buying as a surprise, the stretch fit is forgiving, or message us on WhatsApp for a custom pair.

What are Howlite and Black Tourmaline good for?
