Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Is the Lapis Lazuli real?

Yes, 100% authentic natural Lapis Lazuli, never dyed glass or plastic. Each bead is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it's packed by hand. Look closely and you'll see tiny gold pyrite flecks and slight variation from bead to bead, the surest signs of a real stone.

How does the adjustable fit work?

The bracelet closes with a pull chain lock, so it slides to fit and stays put. Pick your base size by wrist measurement, M (6" to 6.5"), L (6.5" to 7") or XL (7" to 7.5"), then fine-tune with the chain. Between sizes or buying a gift? Size up, the adjustable chain is forgiving.
