Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Every piece is cleansed, charged and packed by hand before it leaves us. Prepaid orders are packed and shipped first.
Custom crystal bracelets are made to order and are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your design approval. If a product page states a longer dispatch time, that time applies.
Shipping charges (India)
Prepaid and Cash on Delivery
We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards and net banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available on orders of ₹500 and above, within India only. A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges. Prepaid orders are prioritised for dispatch and qualify for free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.

OTP delivery
Orders above ₹5,000 are delivered against an OTP sent to your phone, so please keep it handy on delivery day.
Items we don't ship outside India
We don't ship large geodes over 5 kg, or liquids, to international addresses.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door. You can also find tracking details in your account.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries take longer than expected due to courier delays, weather, festivals or circumstances beyond our control. While we cannot be held responsible for such delays, we will always help you follow up and resolve them.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, courier charges are deducted from the refund. Custom orders are made to order and are non-refundable.
International orders
We ship outside India via India Post Speed Post. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Taxes, duties and customs
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). For orders within India, applicable Indian taxes are included where relevant.
For international orders, any import duties, VAT, customs charges or other taxes are levied by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are usually collected by the courier or by customs at or before delivery.
If these duties or taxes are not paid by you and are instead charged back to us, or if a parcel is refused, returned or abandoned because they were not paid, you remain responsible for those amounts, together with any return shipping costs. We may recover them from you, including by deducting them from any refund due, or by invoicing you separately. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
