Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery . Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached .

A return or exchange shipping fee of INR 100 will be borne by the customer.

In case of a refund, INR 100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.

Items purchased with 25% or more discount cannot be returned , but they may be eligible for exchange .

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your returned item for the refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 5–7 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

If your order included a promotional, bundle, or quantity-based discount (for example, Buy 2 and get 10% off ), and only part of the order is returned, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the adjusted price of the remaining items . If the return causes the order to no longer qualify for the promotion, the discount will be removed or adjusted and the refund will be issued based on the revised order value .

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders , refunds issued to a bank account will incur a 10% cash handling and processing fee , which will be deducted from the refund amount. No cash handling fee will apply if the refund is issued as store credit .

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact . Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund .

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned :

  • Used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom orders (unless modification is approved)
  • Sale items purchased with 25% or more discount (exchange only)

International Orders

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase .
  • Refunds are provided only if the item is received damaged or broken .
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs due to international logistics.
