About the stone

Amazonite is the calm, honest-words stone, long linked with the Throat chakra and believed to help open, gentle communication. Black Tourmaline is the steady one, long carried for grounding and protection at the Root. Worn as a pair, they are believed to balance each other: soft and open on one wrist, solid and protective on the other.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

How many bracelets come in the set?

Two. One Amazonite bracelet and one Black Tourmaline bracelet, made as a matched pair and sent together in a single Solacely gift box, ready to give.

Are the stones real?

Yes. Both bracelets use 100% natural 8 mm stones, real Amazonite and real Black Tourmaline, never dyed glass or plastic. Each is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Will they fit both of us?

Both bracelets are adjustable and sit comfortably across most wrists (roughly 6.5 to 8 inches), so one set works for two different wrist sizes. Between sizes or buying as a surprise? The adjustable strand is forgiving.

Can a man wear one of these?

Yes. The 8 mm beads read as a clean, everyday bracelet on a man's wrist, so the Black Tourmaline or either stone works well as the partner's piece.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI and cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over ₹999. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
