Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Is the Black Tourmaline real?

Yes. It is 100% authentic, natural Black Tourmaline, never dyed glass or plastic. Each point is hand-checked, cleansed and charged by singing bowl before it is packed by hand. Because the stone is natural, size and shape vary a little from piece to piece.

Does it come with a chain?

The pendant is sold on its own, so a chain is not included. It is capped with an electroplated bail at the top, so you can thread it onto any cord or chain you already own.

How big is the pendant?

Each point measures roughly 1.25 to 1.75 inches. As these are cut from natural stone by hand, every pendant is a little different in shape and size, which is part of the charm.

Can men wear this?

Yes, it is an easy unisex piece. The slim black point reads clean and understated on any cord, and Black Tourmaline is one of our most-worn stones by men.

How do I care for and charge it?

Keep it away from water, perfume and rough knocks to hold its finish. To refresh its energy, rest it on a singing bowl or in gentle moonlight now and then. Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
