Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Yes, both bracelets are strung with 100% authentic natural Rose Quartz and Black Tourmaline, never dyed glass or plastic. Each 8 mm bead is hand-checked, and the set is cleansed and charged by singing bowl before it is packed by hand.

How does the magnetic heart clasp work?

Each bracelet carries one half of a faceted golden-tone heart charm. The two halves are magnetic, so when you bring your wrists together they click into one whole heart. The magnet is simply the clasp mechanism for the charm, and each bracelet still fits and wears beautifully on its own.

Which size is which, and will they fit us?

The Rose Quartz strand is 6.5 inches and the Black Tourmaline strand is 7.5 inches. Both are elasticated stretch, so each comfortably fits a range of wrists. Most couples give the 7.5 inch strand to the larger wrist, but there is no rule: wear whichever strand you are drawn to.
