Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Yes, this is a raw, natural, hand-cut Rose Quartz point, never dyed glass or plastic. Each stone is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Is this solid silver?

The setting and chain have a bright silver electroplated finish for a smooth, polished look. This piece is not solid sterling silver. If you would like solid silver, see our Raw Rose Quartz Sterling Silver Necklace instead.

Will my pendant look exactly like the photo?

Not exactly, and that is the point. Because each Rose Quartz point is hand-cut from natural stone, yours will be one of a kind in shape and shading, roughly the same size, shade and feel as shown.
