Each centre has its own colour and a set of stones that meet it, so you can shop by the part of yourself you're working on rather than by stone name.
How to choose a chakra
Start with what feels off. Scattered or unsteady? Begin at the root with grounding reds. Low on confidence? The solar plexus and its yellows. Guarded around people? The heart. If you'd rather not pick, a seven-chakra bracelet or the full kit covers all seven at once, and it's the easiest place to begin.
