Refund & return policy

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for orders within India, and within 30 days for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Please include the original packaging where possible.

• Used items, or items missing their original tags or packaging
• Custom or personalised orders, which are made to order
• Sale items discounted 25% or more, which are eligible for exchange only

For standard returns, a return shipping fee of ₹100 applies and is deducted from your refund. For items that are damaged or defective, return shipping is covered by us.

Timeline: please allow at least seven (7) business days from receipt of your returned item for us to process the refund. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take a little longer to appear.

Method: for prepaid orders, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, a 5% processing fee applies, unless you choose to receive the refund as store credit.

If a partial return means the remaining items no longer qualify for a promotion, the refund will be recalculated based on the adjusted price.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or the fault is ours, you will receive a full refund or a free replacement, with no deductions. Please reach out with a photo so we can put it right quickly.
