About the stone

Rose Quartz is the stone of the heart, long believed to soften the way we love and are loved. Amethyst is turned to for a still, clear mind, and Clear Quartz is said to lift and hold whatever intention you set. Together with the Tree of Life, they make a quiet reminder of calm, love and growth.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Yes. Every bead is natural Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz, 8mm, hand-picked for even colour and finish. No dyed glass, no plastic filler. Each piece is cleansed and charged by singing bowl before it ships.

What size should I choose and will it fit me?

The bracelet is stretchable, so it slips on and off easily. Pick by wrist: S is 6 inches, M 6.5, L 7, XL 7.5 and XXL 8. If you are between sizes, size up. It sits comfortably on both slimmer and broader wrists.
