Are the stones real?

Yes, all four are 100% natural stones: Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Howlite and Rainbow Fluorite. Each is hand-checked, cleansed and charged by singing bowl before it is packed by hand. As they are natural, small lines, cuts and marks are part of the stone.

What is in the pack?

Four tumbled stones, one of each: Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Howlite and Rainbow Fluorite. They arrive together in a Solacely pouch.

How do I use the tumble pack?

Many people keep the stones on the bedside table as part of a quiet wind-down ritual, hold them during a calm moment before bed, place them in a meditation corner, or set them together in a crystal grid. There is no right way; use them however feels settling to you.

How do I care for and cleanse the stones?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Many people like to cleanse crystals under moonlight or with sound now and then. Keep them dry and avoid harsh chemicals to protect the polish.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over 999 rupees. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.

What is your return policy?

Easy returns within the stated window for unused stones in original packaging. Please reach out on WhatsApp if anything arrives not as expected.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable
