Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Yes, this is a genuine, natural rose quartz, never dyed glass or plastic. It is tumbled and polished by hand, so each stone is a slightly different shape and shade, which is how you know it is real. Every pendant is cleansed and charged before it is packed.

Each pendant weighs around 20g and is a small, smooth, palm-sized stone. Because it is tumbled rather than raw, the edges are rounded and gentle against the skin, so it sits softly and comfortably close to the heart.

Our raw rose quartz pendants keep the natural, unpolished shape of the stone with a golden or silver chain. This one is tumbled smooth, so it is rounded and soft to hold. Same loving stone, a softer, more pebble-like finish.
