Is this a real handmade singing bowl?

Yes. It is hand-finished from a resonant metal alloy in the Himalayan bowl tradition, then sounded and checked before it is cleansed and packed by hand. The Om symbol is printed on the surface, and each bowl carries its own marks and its own hum. It is not a machine-pressed novelty bowl.

What does the Om symbol on the bowl mean?

Om is regarded in Indian tradition as the primordial sound, the first vibration. Printed on the side of the bowl, it gives you a focal point to rest your eyes on while the hum settles the room, which is why Om bowls are a favourite for meditation, japa and yoga practice.

What size is it, and who is it for?

Approximately 4 inch in diameter, a small, comfortable size that sits in the palm for personal meditation, yoga and small rooms. Each bowl varies slightly. For a deeper, fuller tone, look at our 5 inch and 7 inch bowls.

What is a singing bowl good for?

Singing bowls are used for meditation, sound baths, space cleansing and marking the start or close of a practice. The long, steady hum is believed to help settle a busy mind and hold a calm, focused space. Between uses it makes a beautiful still object on a shelf or altar.

How do I play and care for it?

Strike the rim gently, or circle a wooden mallet slowly around the outside rim to build the hum. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and keep it dry. Rest it on a soft surface or cushion so the rim stays true.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over ₹999. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.
