Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Yes, 100% authentic natural Amethyst, AAA grade, never dyed glass or plastic. Each bead is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand. Slight variation in colour and shape is normal and a sign of a real stone.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick bead size by look: 4 mm dainty, 6 mm classic, 8 mm everyday and men's-friendly. Then pick wrist size by fit, from S 6.0 inches to XXL 8.0 inches. Between sizes or buying a gift? Size up, the elasticated strand is forgiving. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
