Shipping & return

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Which stones are in the pack?

Five natural tumble stones: Citrine, Tiger's Eye, Clear Quartz, Moonstone and Carnelian. Each is a genuine polished stone, never dyed glass or plastic, and hand-checked before packing.

Are the stones real and natural?

Yes, every stone is 100% natural. Because they are natural, expect small lines, marks and pits, and slight variation in colour and size from the photos. That is the sign of a real stone.

How do I use a tumble pack?

There is no wrong way. Hold one during a quiet moment, keep them on a desk, windowsill or by the door, place them in a meditation space, or carry one in a pocket or bag through a busy day.

Does it make a good gift?

It does. The pack arrives in a Solacely pouch and suits anyone starting something new, a new job, a move, a fresh chapter. Add a gift note at checkout and we will include it.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?
