Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Which wrist should I wear the Pixiu on?

In Feng Shui tradition the Pixiu is worn on the left wrist, with the charm facing outward, so it is believed to draw fortune toward the wearer. It is a matter of belief and tradition, so wear it whichever way feels right to you.

What is the Pixiu believed to do?

The Pixiu is a mythical Feng Shui creature with the head of a dragon and body of a lion. In Chinese tradition it is believed to attract wealth and abundance and to guard against negative energy. We share this as tradition and belief, not as a guarantee of any outcome.

How do I choose my size and bead size?

Measure your wrist with a strip of paper and match it to M (6.5 in), L (7 in), XL (7.5 in) or XXL (8 in). Beads come in 8mm for a slimmer look or 10mm for a bolder, heavier feel. If you are between sizes, size up for comfort. The unisex fit suits both men and women.

Which chakra does it work with?

How do I care for and cleanse it?
