Karungali, or black ebony, is a sacred wood long honoured in Vedic worship. Hand-crafted into a Shivling stick and kept beside the Shivling during pooja, it is believed to absorb negative vibrations, purify the sacred space and amplify the divine energy of your worship. Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable
