Is the Lapis Lazuli real?

Yes, 100% natural Lapis Lazuli, never dyed glass or plastic. The gold flecks are natural pyrite, part of the real stone. Each pack is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

What is in a pack, and how big are the stones?

Each pack holds five tumbled stones, roughly 2 to 3 cm each, a comfortable pocket or palm size. As they are natural stones, colour, shape and the amount of gold vary from one to the next.

How do I use tumble stones?

Carry one in your pocket, bag or pouch through the day, hold a stone while you meditate, lay the five into a crystal grid, or set them on a desk or bedside. Lapis Lazuli is believed to support truth, wisdom and inner vision.

How do I cleanse and charge them?

They arrive already cleansed and charged by singing bowl. To refresh them at home, hold them under the sound of a bell or bowl, rest them on selenite, or leave them out in gentle morning light. Keep Lapis away from long water soaks.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and free shipping applies over 999 rupees. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable
