Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

How does the sizing work for two people?

Both bracelets are adjustable and fit most wrists, so one set suits a range of couples. Many keep Lepidolite on the calmer wrist and Black Tourmaline on the other. Message us on WhatsApp if you want help choosing.

Can men wear this set?

Both bracelets arrive already cleansed and charged by singing bowl. To refresh them at home, hold them briefly under running water or smudge with sage, then rest them in moonlight or on a selenite plate. Keep Lepidolite away from long water soaks, as it is a softer stone.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over Rs 999. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
