Black Tourmaline is the grounding, protective stone people reach for on heavy days. Moonstone carries soft, intuitive new-moon energy and is believed to support emotional balance. Worn together as a pair, the two stones are believed to steady a partnership, one wrist to the other.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Are the stones real?

Yes. Both bracelets use 100% authentic, natural Black Tourmaline and Moonstone, never dyed glass or plastic. Each set is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Will the two bracelets fit both of us?

The set is stretch-fit, one size. The Black Tourmaline strand is about 7.0 inches and the Moonstone about 6.5 inches. The elastic is forgiving, so it suits most adult wrists comfortably. Message us on WhatsApp if you would like sizing help.

Which bracelet is for who?

Wear it however you like. Many couples give the grounding Black Tourmaline to one partner and the calming Moonstone to the other, but the stones are unisex and there are no rules, so swap or share as you please.

Is it a good couple or anniversary gift?

How do I care for and charge the set?

Keep the bracelets away from water, perfume and sanitiser to protect the beads and elastic. To recharge them, leave the pair in gentle moonlight overnight or smudge with sage or palo santo whenever they feel due for a reset.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available. Prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over 999 rupees. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
