Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Rainbow Moonstone owes its blue shimmer to fine layers inside the stone that scatter light as it enters. Turn your wrist and the flash travels across the beads, then disappears. Each 6mm bead catches it at a slightly different angle, so the bracelet never looks static.

Is this real Rainbow Moonstone?

Yes. Every bead is genuine Rainbow Moonstone, hand-strung in our studio. The blue flash comes and goes as you turn your wrist and sits stronger in some beads than others. That unevenness is one of the clearest signs you are looking at real stone.

What size is it and will it fit me?

It is a stretch bracelet on a strong elastic cord, so there is no clasp and it slips on easily. Roll it on rather than pulling it wide, which keeps the cord in good shape for much longer.
