Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Moonstone carries adularescence, a soft inner glow that drifts across the surface as the light changes. Held still it reads as plain white. Turned in the hand it lifts to a cool blue. Each 8mm bead catches it differently, which is why no two bracelets look quite the same.

Is this real Moonstone?

Yes. Every bead is genuine Moonstone, hand-strung in our studio. The soft blue sheen shifts as the light moves, and no two beads carry it in quite the same way. That natural variation is one of the easiest ways to tell real stone from glass.

What size is it and will it fit me?

It is a stretch bracelet on a strong elastic cord, so there is no clasp and it slips on easily. Roll it on rather than pulling it wide, which keeps the cord in good shape for much longer.
