Is the amethyst real?

Yes. Every pendant is a natural, hand-cut raw amethyst, never dyed glass or plastic. Each stone is hand-checked, cleansed and charged by singing bowl before it is packed by hand.

Will my pendant look exactly like the photo?

Each amethyst is a one-of-a-kind natural stone, so yours will differ slightly in shade, shape and size. It is chosen at random from a matched batch, so it will be close to the photo but never identical.

Does it come with a chain?

Yes, a complimentary silver-tone chain is included, ready to wear straight from the box.

What is amethyst good for, and which chakra is it?

Amethyst is a crown-chakra stone. It is believed to support calm, peace and intuition, and is a gentle companion for meditation and restful sleep.

How do I care for and cleanse it?

Keep it dry and take it off before showering or swimming to protect the finish. To cleanse and reset the stone, hold it in incense smoke or moonlight now and then, or rest it near a singing bowl.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available. Prepaid orders ship first and qualify for free shipping over ₹999. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable
