Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

A return or exchange shipping fee of ₹100 is borne by the customer. In case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping.

Sale items purchased with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be eligible for exchange.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from receipt of your returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

If your order included a promotional, bundle, or quantity-based discount (for example, Buy 2 and get 10% off), and only part of the order is returned, the refund will be recalculated based on the adjusted price of the remaining items. If the return causes the order to no longer qualify for the promotion, the discount will be adjusted and the refund issued on the revised order value.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds issued to a bank account or UPI incur a 5% cash-handling and processing fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee is waived if you choose to receive your refund as store credit. Prepaid orders are not subject to this fee.

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

If the Fault Is Ours

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. You’re entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, with no deductions and return shipping covered by us. Simply email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Used items, or items without original tags and packaging
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale items purchased with 25% or more discount (these may be eligible for exchange only)

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship or a fault on our part, please contact us — we’ll always work with you to make it right.

International Orders

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are provided only if the item is damaged or broken.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs due to international logistics.
