Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and worldwide from Indore. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days after dispatch within India. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only on orders above ₹500 within India. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹100 shipping charge; orders above ₹999 ship free.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, courier charges will be deducted from the refund. For COD orders, please note the refund terms in our Refund & Return Policy, including the 5% cash-handling fee on bank refunds.

International Orders

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to the customer’s local customs duties and taxes, and returns or refunds on international orders are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
