About the stone

A Tibetan singing bowl is cast the old way, then hammered and tuned by ear rather than by machine, so no two sound quite alike. Struck softly or circled with the striker, its steady tone is believed to slow the breath and settle a busy mind. Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged in addition to standard shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

How do I play a singing bowl?

Rest the bowl on its cushion. Strike the outer rim gently for a single clear tone, or circle the rim slowly and evenly with the striker to build a steady, singing hum. A little practice and it holds the note for a long time.

What note or chakra is it?

Because each bowl is tuned by ear, the exact note varies slightly from piece to piece; the 4 inch sits in a warm, clear range. We associate its red finish with the Root chakra and a feeling of grounding, though a singing bowl is used for calm across any practice.

How do I care for it, and does it need charging?

Wipe it now and then with a soft dry cloth and keep it dry. It reaches you already cleansed and charged; many people re-cleanse it simply by playing it. No polish or chemicals needed.
